Complete renovation of historical downtown Dallas Cathedral including system and cost comparison studies.
Complete replacement and upgrade of HVAC system and a new electrical service for this historic building in Downtown Dallas. New HVAC system included new chillers and cooling towers, 4 new VAV air handling units serving the Sanctuary and 2 new air handling units serving the choir balcony. All work was properly concealed to preserve the historical appearance of the building.
