SOUTHAMPTON ASSISTED LIVING
15-story facility containing 100 independent living units; 40 assisted living units, 32 memory care units, and support spaces. 200,000 s.f.; on top of 3 level structured parking garage; total construction cost: $43 million. The HVAC system consists of VRF heat pumps with air cooled condensers.

STATLER HOTEL
Renovation of the historic Statler Hilton and the old Dallas Library building to a state of the art hotel/residential property and the offices for the Dallas Morning News. 680,000 SF; Total construction cost: $125 million. HVAC system consists of water source heat pumps for the hotel and self contained VAV air handling units for the office portion.
